Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I spoke with Hotel employees.

Everything was good. I was in town for a funeral and had a special request and the hotel staff accommodated me. I was very pleased with the friendliness and willingness to help.

Night time check in person made it seem like I was bothering her. We just traveled 10 hours and definitely were not greeted with a warm welcome. Staff during the day were extremely polite.

Room was updated and clean, plenty of parking and a good breakfast option.

Booked twice and the second time I was told they had a new policy that required a $100 deposit which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. When I asked why I didn’t have to have a deposit the week before staff was pretty rude.

Everything was great for us.

The staff and how professional and courteous they were to my wife and I. Breakfast was always hot and good.

We didn’t like the fact that there was no extra locks on the doors. There was loud music being played late at night. We was constantly trying to get rest but the noise kept us up.

The breakfast was not what we expected. The choice were not very good and there was not any Decaf cofffee.There was very little seating to eat breakfast.

I am working on my vacation home in Bainbridge Georgia The location is about 12 miles away from hotel Great place great price can’t ask for more Maybe eggs on the breakfast buffet ?

It was decent.

The images online were deceptive. It was a good attempt at modernizing an old hotel, but the smoke detector had no cover, the door did not properly seal, and “breakfast “ was disappointing. I expected an actual breakfast because of the online images.

The room was clean,neat,and spacious.

The beds were very comfortable and it was spacious and very clean an ac worked great they also gave me extra towels and wash clothes with no problem

The pool wasn’t open

We were really disappointed with the reviews from Booking that lead us to stay at that hotel.

The floor was dirty. I borrowed a broom from the front office to sweep the trash out of the room. But the floor needed to be mopped, we had to wear house shoes at all times. And then wash and disinfect my shoes when we got home. Housekeeping was stretched so thin that they could not and would not clean the room for our second night stay. We had to clean out the frig and throw away the trash. At least I was able to get another trash bag. And the breakfast was probably good if you liked a LOT of bread.I was really disappointed with the reviews on your website (they were all excellent). And I will not use Booking to reserve another room (and we travel a lot). I reserved that room based solely on your recommendation/great reviews. It was a really OLD hotel and supposedly updated, but they forgot to finish - holes in the ceiling.

We finally got up at 5:30 am, it was impossible to sleep well on that bed.

It is old and very dated. The bed was made of some sort of metal and it made a clanging sound every time you rolled over so sleep was nearly impossible.

Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Close to downtown but not on the main strip. Very friendly.

Our stay was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was near the main exit so it made our stay convenient for traveling to see our family. And had concierge service next door and food.

Can’t think of anything.
